While the kids and mothers we met at Dorie’s Promise will always have a special place in our hearts, we’ll also never forget our experiences in your local community: playing soccer and being treated to a meal by the residents of (please add the name of the hillside ghetto near the soccer fields) -and- installing water basins and delivering food to families near the garbage dump.
