I am pleased to share that Bradley Burck has joined Forever Changed International as our Director of Marketing and Development. Many of you know Bradley from our days together at All God’s Children. In 2008, when international adoptions in Guatemala closed, Bradley was by my side and was instrumental in launching Forever Changed International. Having him back on our team feels right, and the timing is perfect.

We have important fundraising work ahead of us. This is where Bradley shines. A seasoned development professional, he brings more than twenty years of nonprofit leadership and a record of helping teams deliver clear results, including completing a stalled $19 million children’s hospital capital campaign in rural West Virginia. He has advised and led organizations across development strategy, communications, and donor engagement, including previous consulting support for Forever Changed International and All God’s Children International. Bradley holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership.

With Bradley moving into this role, Kelly Shank will become our primary writer, while also supporting projects in the United States and Guatemala. Since her first visit to Dorie’s Promise in 2011, Kelly has been deeply invested in our children, our staff, and our community. She is the connector who helps share the story of Dorie’s Promise with the world. She bridges the gap between powerful stories and those who feel called to help, always highlighting the ways God is at work at home and abroad.

I am consistently impressed by Kelly’s ability to capture my voice and the spirit of our ministry. Focusing her talents in this way will help us tell our story clearly and invite others to join us.
