It was wonderful to see Efrain in the Christmas video. I have been helping to support him after my daughter adopted twin boys from Guatemala 9 years ago. We now have 4 grandchildren (out of 23) who are special needs, three of them adopted. I do know how much time and care it takes to care for those with special needs so a very special thank you to those who help keep Efrain and others like him safe and loved. May God bless you!
